For many Canadians, Queen Victoria’s birthday is the official start of the summer season. It is the first warm long weekend and is the busiest on the highways. Dubbed “May Two-Four,” it rarely is on May 24th due to the rules of when the celebration of vacationing begins.

And as typical, I have decided to take advantage of the time off and go and see a section of the world we have not been in yet. Akron and Mansfield, Ohio are the main goals of this long weekend trip. I have created a map to show where we are going. Also there is an itinerary. Feel free to use this for your own personal trip. There are some very interesting things to explore.
